Gloriously Seasonal: Brie with Apricot Jam and Caramelized Walnuts

I’m a food nerd.  Dare I say, a “foodie” even.  There, I said it.  These days the term “foodie” seems to drip off the pages of places like Thrillest or Eater thick with disdain.  This term for the food enthused is just not cool anymore (is it still cool to say cool?  I don’t know.).
